To assist successful oral presenters prepare their presentation for the congress, specific guidelines have been created. Please click here for more information on presenting your oral presentation at the upcoming RACP Congress 2015.

Speakers preparation room information
Speakers are asked to submit their presentation to the technicians in the Speakers Preparation Room at their earliest convenience and no later than two hours prior to the start of their session.
The Speakers Preparation Room is located in the Foyer space by Meeting Room 7 and is open as follows:

|Monday 25 May 2015||7.00am – 5.30pm|
|Tuesday 26 May 2015||8.00am – 5.30pm|
|Wednesday 27 May 2015||8.00am – 12.00pm|
Poster Presentation Guidelines
The RACP Congress 2015 will include a poster display in conjunction with the Exhibition.
To assist successful applications with preparing their posters specific guidelines have been created. Please click here for more information on how to create and print your poster presentation.

Posters are grouped in AMD or PCHD and listed within these groups in alphabetical order by presenter last name. Please click here to see the official poster listing.
Posters will be located in the exhibition area, Hall 2 at the Cairns Convention Centre.
Abstracts indicated with an asterix (*) are award finalists.
Additional Poster Presentation Information
Poster display times
Posters must be in position by no later than 10.30am Monday 25 May 2015
Posters must be removed by no later than 1.30pm Wednesday 27 May 2015
Poster display location
Posters will be displayed for the duration of the congress in the exhibition area, Hall 2, Cairns Convention Centre.
Please ensure that you check the poster listing within the exhibition hall to ensure you place your poster in the correct area (Adult Medicine or Paediatrics & Child Health)
Important to note: If you do not collect your poster by 1.30pm Wednesday 27 May 2015 it will be discarded. No posters will be kept after this time.
Maximum size per poster
AO size (841mm wide x 1189mm high – maximum size)
Method of affixing posters to poster boards
Poster boards will be velcro compatible, therefore we recommend using velcro to affix your poster to the panel. Presenters are requested to supply their own velcro. Alternatively, push pins may be used.
