Mr Dustin Bennett

Mr Dustin Bennett is a Principal Occupational Hygiene consultant for GCG Health, Safety & Hygiene, one of Australia’s leading Occupational Hygiene and WHS consultancies, with 3 NATA laboratories and over 400 pieces of occupational hygiene exposure monitoring equipment. Dustin has tertiary qualifications in Health Science, OHS & Occupational Hygiene.

He is a Certified Occupational Hygienist (COH) by the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists (AIOH) with over 11 years heavy industry experience as an Occupational Hygienist, including work as a Corporate Occupational Hygienist for an ASX50 company.

Dustin has extensive experience working across resources, Government, services and manufacturing sectors. He is a practising Principal Occupational Hygiene Consultant, working primarily on legal privilege, health risk assessments, risk reviews, technical assessments and program design projects.

Dr Ki Douglas

Adjunct Associate Professor Ki DOUGLAS is a Consultant in Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
An early career in occupational rehabilitation/injury management; became a generalist occupational physician to a variety of industries, including staff specialist and VMO hospital appointments.  Prior to returning to private practice in 2014, Ki was the Chief Medical Officer with the state occupational health and safety regulator in Queensland.  Associate Professor Douglas is a recipient of an RACP Medal.

Dr David Goddard

Dr David Goddard has worked in occupational medicine for more than 40 years, starting with the Victorian Railways, followed by Victoria’s state occupational health service, then as medical adviser to the Victorian state workers’ compensation scheme.

For the last 25 years, he has taught students at Monash University in Melbourne.  This has included occupational medicine to medical students, and toxicology and occupational hygiene to post-graduate students.  In 2001, a group of his medical students successfully nominated him for the Vice-Chancellor’s Award for Distinguished Teaching.

For six years until the end of 2013, he worked part time in educational development with AFOEM where he worked with Fellows and trainees to compile the training curriculum and improve the community-based training in occupational and environmental medicine.  In 2013, he received the President’s Award for outstanding contribution to the Faculty in education, training and assessment. He is married to Ruth, a retired teacher.

Ms Erica GriffithsErica_Griffiths_Headshot

Ms Erica Griffiths joined Cardno in 2012.  Since 2001, Ms Griffiths has consulted primarily to the resource industry in Australia, the Middle East and Russia. She has coordinated comprehensive reviews of health, safety and environmental management systems for major oil exploration and production companies, resource companies, tertiary institutes and local government.

Ms Griffiths also has a broad experience base in environmental management, sustainable development and community engagement and is both a highly experienced trainer and successful facilitator.

As Cardno’s Health Safety and Environment Manager for their Nearshore Environmental Monitoring Project in Darwin, she was responsible for all health, safety, and environmental aspects of the Project and its field teams.  This included monitoring and reviewing the health and safety of Cardno’s teams and any potential environmental impacts of their work.

Mr Luke Ripper is a Senior Occupational Hygiene consultant for GCG Health, Safety & Hygiene, one of Australia’s leading Occupational Hygiene and WHS consultancies, with 3 NATA laboratories and over 400 pieces of occupational hygiene exposure monitoring equipment. He has tertiary qualifications in Health Science and OHS and over seven years heavy industry experience working in Occupational Hygiene.

He has extensive experience working across resources, Government, services and manufacturing sectors and is a practicing Senior Occupational Hygiene Consultant, working primarily on Occupational hygiene monitoring, health risk assessments, risk reviews, technical assessments and program design projects
